Lone Star

Every city and most large towns has a Lone Star Agency. Ever since the federal law enforcement agencies went down, Lone Star has stepped in to provide their support with the ruffians. For a fee paid by the taxpayers, course. Some are great at what they do, some are filled with corruption.

For all intents and purposes, Yolan’s Lone Star is surprisingly free of corruption. This might have a lot to do with the Chief of Police, Cecilia Pargo. Even since the Yolan Branch of Lone Star opened, Chief Pargo has been at it’s helm. Since then, the “enforceable boundaries” within Yolan has been greatly expanded.

Despite this there are a number of places that don’t quite the same level of protection. Areas of strong gang control such as the docks, central market, or Red Light districts, see a fair amount more crime with a slower reaction speed from Loan Star.
